rnWe are mandated by an international manufacturing company to recruit Sales director for their operations Nigeria. The position is based in Lagos.

rnOur client is a multinational food-products manufacturing company.
rn
rnJob Description:
rnThe Sales Director will have the responsibility for maintaining and strengthening the established relationships with distributors, you are fully responsible for the management & development of Sales, Distribution, and exceptional KPI’s.
rn
rnHe/She will be responsible for driving the country market share and sales via the implementation of the Sales Strategic Plan by :
rn
rnbuilding the route to market and sales strategy for the country
rnimplementing the global strategy through distributors;
rnbuilding and maintaining relationships for the company
rnincreasing the country knowledge by collecting the relevant country data;
rnkeeping track of competition / market in territory to be able to adopt sales strategy and to provide / report information to management and back office;
rnkeeping track and reporting competitors activities and developments in the country.
rnassessment of the growth/market share potential and setting targets per year;
rnfocus on the consumer-shopper understanding;
rnbuild a concrete long-term action plan to reach the agreed potential;
rnTeam development and management
rnJOB REQUIREMENT

rnExpectations:
rn
rnB.Sc/HND in Business, Commerce or Marketing related courses
rnMinimum of 3 years experience in a similar position & capacity
rnMust have good marketing skills and techniques
rnShould posses excellent negotiation skills
rnShould have a good knowledge of contract law
rnKnowledge of market, products and services and organization is an added advantage
rnLong Term Vision
rnExperience of contract management
rnMust have good Leadership skills
rnHonest and hardworking
rnHigh proficiency in MS Office applications
rnExcellent command in French will be a plus
rn
