rn Create a nursing environment that fosters collaboration.
rn Partner with physicians to ensure a smooth workflow.
rn Ensure that nursing standards are upheld.
rn Maintain regulatory and compliance approvals and accreditations.
rn Work with senior management and medical staff to develop strategic plans.
rn Cultivate relationships across functions and departments.
rn Serve as a spokesperson for nursing.
rnQualifications and Requirements:
rnBSN MSN in Nursing and related field.
rnAdditional qualifications will be added advantage.
