rnResponsibilities
rnWe are looking for an intern do the following
rn
rnPlanning, executing, measuring and optimizing marketing campaigns across all
rnour Social Media platforms; Facebook, Twitter & Instagram
rnBuilding and executing social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
rnCreating and adapting content for each network
rnSetting goals based on macro data (like overall reach, leads generated, leads nurtured, customer cases supported) all the way down to micro data (like individual experiments around content positioning.
rnGenerating, editing, publishing and sharing daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
rnSetting up and optimizing company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
rnModerating all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
rnCreating monthly editorial calendars and campaign plans
rnContinuously improving by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
rnCollaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
rnDeveloping content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis
rnCreating engaging blog and social media content
rnProviding support to our marketing team at live and online events
rnIdentifying and implementing strategies for leveraging social media
rnPromoting our clients/partners on our social media platforms
rnManaging the optimization of content for the most visibility (SEO) and conversion
rnWorking cooperatively with key team members
rnSkills
rn
rnBachelor’s Degree in Communications or related field
rn1+ year experience in social media/marketing
rnExcellent oral and written communication skills
rnIn-depth working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter & Instagram
rnExperience with social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook
rnInsights
rnBasic knowledge of Photoshop
