rn Manage the company’s supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending
rn Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies
rn Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure
rn Invent negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals
rn Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency
rn Research and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers
rn Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers
rn Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
rnRequirements
rn Proven work experience as a sourcing manager or procurement manager
rn Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement
rn Strong project management and leadership skills
rn Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
rn Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
rn Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions
rn HND / BSc degree in business administration or related field
