rnPrepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
rnMaintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
rnMaintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
