rnSet clear team goals
rnDelegate tasks and set deadlines
rnOversee day-to-day operation
rnMonitor team performance and report on metrics
rnMotivate team members
rnDiscover training needs and provide coaching
rnListen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
rnRecognize high performance and reward accomplishments
rnEncourage creativity and risk-taking
rnSuggest and organize team building activities
rnRequirements
rn
rnProven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
rnIn-depth knowledge of performance metrics
rnGood PC skills, especially MS Excel
rnExcellent communication and leadership skills
rnOrganizational and time-management skills
rnDecision-making skills
rnDegree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
