The intention is to sell part of the plots, off-plan, to raise funds for mobilization of contractors for civil infrastructural development and completion of acquisition process for the estate. You are guaranteed a minimum of 25% returns on investment within just 12 months of investing in the project.

Purchase price:                                                 N20, 000,000.00 (twenty million naira for a parcel of land. This shall be payable on an outright basis.

Discountedprice:                                            N18, 000,000.00 (eighteen million naira) of the purchase price shall be applicable upon outright payment per plot within 2weeks of the offer.

Payment term:                                                 outright

Buy back value:                                                Project (8) ltd to buy-back at N25million per plot after 12months

Offer validity:                                                   closes on AUGUST 31st 2015
