rnOur company is urgently looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.
rnAs a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype.

rnResponsibilities
rnRespond to emails and phone calls
rnSchedule meetings
rnBook travel and accommodations
rnManage a contact list
rnPrepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
rnOrganize managers’ calendars
rnPerform market research
rnCreate presentations, as assigned
rnAddress employees administrative queries
rnProvide customer service as first point of contact

rnRequirements
rnProven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
rnFamiliarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
rnExperience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
rnKnowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
rnExcellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
rnExcellent time management skills
rnSolid organizational skills
rnHigh school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
