Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
rnMeasure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
rnOrganize and maintain inventory and storage area
rnEnsure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
rnCommunicate job expectations and coach employees
rnDetermine staffing levels and assign workload
rnInterface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
rnMaintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
rnIdentify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
rnConfer and coordinate activities with other departments
rnRequirements
rnProven work experience as a warehouse supervisor
rnHighly effective supervisory skills and techniques
rnKnowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
rnAbility to input, retrieve and analyse data
rnHands-on commitment to getting the job done
rnExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
rnProven ability to direct and coordinate operations
rnStrong organisational and time management skills
rnBS degree in business administration or any relevant field
