REQUIREMENTS:
• Motivated and responsible individual;
• Candidates with a commercial education and experience in direct sales for a similar position will have an advantage, but it is not mandatory;
• Responsiveness and initiative;
• Leadership skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Actively attract new clients and retain existing clients of the company, both through social media (managing groups and channels for promotion) and through personal meetings;
• Manage a portfolio of clients;
• Monitor and research the local market for suitable niches for the company's product entry through various methods, direct sales, social media (TikTok, Facebook, Twitter-X, Telegram, and others), media advertising, and other advertising sources;
• Consult clients on inquiries;
• Identify potential clients and offer the company's products;
• Conduct sales of the company's products by signing commercial contracts with them;
• Monitor timely payments from clients and their retention;
• Prepare reports on sales made in their assigned region, monitor the sales of their subordinate salespeople, and distribute commissions from sales;
• Inform their direct supervisor of any problems and disputes;
• Maintain constant correspondence with clients, their direct supervisor, institutions, media, and other cases;
• Hire and manage their own staff at the company's expense;
• Hire and maintain commercial premises and equipment at the company's expense.
