Our organization is in need of a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

rnResponsibilities:
rnPlan meetings and take detailed minutes
rnWrite and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
rnAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
rnUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures
rnMaintain contact lists
rnBook travel arrangements
rnSubmit and reconcile expense reports
rnHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
rnRequirements and Skills:
rn
rnknowledge of office management systems and procedures
rnWorking knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
rnProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
rnExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
rnAttention to detail and problem solving skills
rnExcellent written and verbal communication skills
rnStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
