THE MANAGEMENT IN CHARGE OF THE MARYLAND SHOPPING PLAZA IS SERIOUSLY IN SEARCH OF A CUSTOMER CARE AND SALES MANAGER IN THEIR ADMIN OFFICES
rnResponsibilities:
rn
rn Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
rn Design and maintain databases
rn File and retrieve documents and reference materials
rn Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
rn Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
rn Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
rn Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
rn Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
rn Answer and manage incoming calls
rn Receive and interact with incoming visitors
rn Liaise with internal staff at all levels
rn Interact with external clients
rn Co-ordinate project-based work
rn Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
rn Supervise, coach and train lower level staff
rn
rnQualification/Experience:
rn
rn Minimum of 3 years' experience providing support at a high level
rn Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
rn Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
rn Bachelor's degree an advantage
