Responsibilities
rn
rn Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to
rn streamline processes
rn Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
rn Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum
rn Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate
rn other business operations
rn Manage schedules and deadlines
rn Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention
rn to budgetary constraints
rn Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
rn
rnApplicant must have at least 1 and above years of experience in these field of specialization.
