Cabin Crew - Lagos Island

Responsibilities

rnUnderstand the duties of your assigned position during flight and act your best
rnEnsure the satisfaction of passengers by answering questions and offering them assistance
rnCheck cabin before take-off to ensure compliance to safety regulations
rnWelcome travelers on board and help them to their seats when necessary
rnServe food and beverages and sell products
rnGive the “safety” presentation in a well-prepared manner
rnMonitor the cabin frequently for the entire duration of the flight
rnAdhere to established regulations and procedures
rnRemain calm and offer assistance to passengers in the event of an emergency
rnGive particular attention to passengers with special needs (children, disabled, elders etc)
rnPrepare accurate reports concerning any significant issues or happenings
rnRequirements
rn
rnProven experience as cabin crew or related customer service experience
rnFluency in English, knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage
rnBasic skills in MS Office
rnCustomer-oriented approach
rnClean, professional appearance and healthy constitution
rnExceptional communication and presentation skills
rnCool tempered and patient with aptitude in resolving issues
rnCabin crew certification or training
rn
