Clinical Director needed - Lagos Island

Responsibilities
rn
rn Devise strategies and plans for the clinical department according to company standards for excellent service and growth
rn Assume responsibility of budgeting and resourcing
rn Plan and oversee all patient care or administrative operations and programs
rn Recruit employees to ensure department is staffed with qualified personnel
rn Assign cases and create schedules for all employees
rn Coordinate and supervise staff providing constructive feedback
rn Provide personnel with clinical training and opportunities for continuous development
rn Evaluate performance and discipline employees when necessary
rn Monitor compliance to legal guidelines, internal policies and quality standards
rnREQUIREMENTS:
rnApplicant must have at least 1 and above years of experience in these field of specialization.
rn All applicants should have a minimum of HND, BACHELOR'S DEGREE and other related qualifications of this vacant and professional certification is an added advantage.
