rnResponsibilities
rn Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
rn Generate sales leads
rn Identify and assess customersβ needs to achieve satisfaction
rn Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
rn Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
rn Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
rn Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
rn Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
rn Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
rn Take the extra mile to engage customers
rnRequirements
rn Proven customer support experience
rn Track record of over-achieving quota
rn Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
rn Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
rn Excellent communication and presentation skills
rn Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively
