rnResponsibilities:
rn.Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
rn.Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
rn.Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
rn.Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
rn.Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
rn.Rectify arising problems or complaints
rn.Give prepared plates the “final touch”
rn.Perform administrative duties
rn.Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
rn.Keep time and payroll records
rn.Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

rnRequirements:
rn.Proven working experience as a head chef
rn.Excellent record of kitchen management
rn.Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
rn.Capable of delegating multiple tasks
rn.Communication and leadership skills
rn.Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
rn
