The HR Administrator must be able to maintain work structure by updating Job requirement and JDs for all positions.
rnMaintain organization staffing by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program.
rnDevelop an ideal organogram for the organization/departments.
rnPrepare employees for assignment by establishing and conducting meetings and training programs.
rnMaintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys, Job Evaluations, prepare pay budget and HR budget, etc
rnEnsure planning, monitoring and appraisal of employees work results by supervisors are as they should be.
rnThe HR Administrator manages grievance resolutions by developing a procedure for same.
rnStaff Benefit Management
rnEnsure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
rnMaintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending HR policies and procedures
rnMaintain a good staff database for filing and retrieval
rnEmployee Planning and Forecasting
rnThe HR Administrator must create an ideal communication process for staff relations.
rn
rnQualifications
rnA minimum of BSC, BA in Human Resource or any social science course.
rnA member of the CIPMN or other relevant HR bodies
rnA master degree will be an advantage
rnMust have a minimum work experience of 4 years in a similar position
