Human Resources Senior Officer - Lagos Island

Implements human resources processes by including, manpower planning, training and development, succession planning, mentorship and coaching, employment processing, employee relations and retention.
rnWorking closely with departments, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
rnUnderstand staffing needs, job specifications, qualifications and skills.
rnManpower planning in consultation with the Functional heads.
rnMeet and manage recruitment targets for the organization, mapping and documenting of all processes related to the recruitment function.
rnDeveloping with line managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements;

rnQualifications and Requirements:
rnMust be degree qualified with not less than 5 years working experience in a manufacturing company.
rnApplicants must have thorough understanding of Nigerian Labour Law, Industrial Relations, personnel administration, disciplinary procedures.
rnHe/She must be capable of organizing and holding general staff meeting, organizing training's, etc.
