Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
rnMaintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
rnPrepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
rnManage staff payroll, maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations (coordinating performance management); preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions, all of these in accordance with country’s laws
rnEnsure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors
rnConflict Management and Resolution.

rnEducation and Skills Requirement
rnHR related degree and Certification is mandatory(ACIPM, SHRM etc)
rnKnowledge of Nigerian employment law, ability to analyze, interpret and explain employment law;
rnHighly skilled in performing human resource functions for personnel matters and impacting business decisions.
rnExcellent written and oral communication skills
rnAbility to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously;
rnProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and internet applications;
rnStrong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills
rnMust be able to maintain confidentiality of HR documents and other personal information
rnStrong analytical skills
rnLegal background/experience and work experience in an international company is an added advantage
