We need a competitive Insurance Broker to partake in our business development activities. You will be responsible for finding new customers, promoting and selling our insurance plans.
rnThe goal is to steadily forge long-term relationships to secure the company’s revenues and growth.
rnResponsibilities
rn• Gauge the condition of business or individual customers and discover plans according to their requirements
rn• Accomplish predetermined development goals by obtaining new clients
rn• Follow the market trends and continuously refurbish knowledge on products and services
rn• Collaborate with clients to introduce them with befitting risk management strategies
rn• Invent effective marketing strategies to sell insurance plans to new clients or up-sell to current clients
rn• Use methods such as networking, cold calling etc to spot opportunities and cultivate trust with potential customers
rn• Submit regular reviews of progress to interested parties
rn• Retain and renew bookkeeping systems, database and records
rn• Oversee insurance claims to ensure fair dealing and satisfaction
rn• Fulfil all policy requirements
rnRequirements
rn• Proven experience as an insurance broker
rn• Knowledgeable in all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc)
rn• Basic understanding of computers and statistics
rn• Results-driven
rn• Demonstrated ability to present, persuade and eventually sell
rn• Time management skills
rn• Ability to work with or without supervision
rn• Must possess positive attitude Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
rn• Advanced degree in Accounting
rn• Good communication skills

rnApplicant must have at least les than1 and above years of experience in these field of specialization.
