rnWe are looking for a skilled IT CORDINATOR who will maintain our IT systems and networks. You will perform both technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency of computer and telecom systems.

rnResponsibilities

rn.Institute protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects
rn.Provide advice on the most suitable IT choices
rn.Provide technical support or training for systems and networks
rn.Act as link between end users and higher level support
rnI.nstall and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards etc.)
rn.Monitor system and network performance
rn
rnRequirements
rn
rn.Proven experience as IT coordinator or similar role
rn.Experience in network management and help desk support is appreciated
rn.Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications
rn.Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
rn.Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
rn.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
rn.Great attention to detail
rn.Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
rn.BSc/BA in information technology or relevant fields.
