Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
rnScreen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
rnHandle requests and queries appropriately
rnManage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
rnMake travel arrangements
rnTake dictation and minutes
rnSource office supplies
rnProduce reports, presentations and briefs
rnREQUIREMENTS: All applicants should have a minimum of OND, HND, BACHELOR'S DEGREE and other related discipline of this vacant and professional certification is an added advantage.
rnKnowledge of office management systems and procedures
rnMicrosoft Office and English proficiency
rnAbility to multitask and prioritize daily workload
rnExcellent verbal and written communications skills
