rnResponsibilities:
rnOrganizing files and running some household errands
rnKeeping track of bills and payments
rnCoordinating travel
rnCoordinating household maintenance people
rnOrganizing some spaces in the house
rnOccasional party-planning
rn
rnQualifications:
rnMust have a 4-year degree from an accredited college or university
rnWorks independently
rnMust remain calm under pressure and capable of thinking on one's feet
rnMust be capable of competently dealing with situations in the principal's absence
rnMust maintain confidentiality
rnRead, monitor and respond to the principal's mail and email as required
rnAnswer calls and handle queries
rnAttend events/meetings as the principal's representative
rn
