rnAreas of responsibility include:
rn• Restaurants/Bars and Room Service, if applicable.
rn• Supervises daily restaurant operations and assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods.
rn• Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility.
rn• Determines training needed to accomplish goals, then implements plan.
rnEducation and Experience
rn• A minimum of a B.Sc or HND in hospitality or related field.
rn• Atleast 1year working industry experience.
rn• Previous supervisory/management experience.
rn• General computer experience required.
rnSkills
rn• Must have good mathematical skills - ability to add, subtract, divide numbers with decimals, ability to work out percentages and discounts.
rn• Good understanding of financial documents, daily reports, and budgets.
rn• Reasoning Ability.
rn• Ability to deal with problems in a calm professional manner required.
rn• Ability to multitask handling many different issues at one time, prioritizing the issues and taking care of them.
rn• Team management, leadership & team player, A liking for organizational work.
rn• Effective management - Delivering profit center profitability, Sales ability.
rn• Adaptability - Coping with the diversity of customer and their needs.
rn• Thoroughness, Sensitivity to customer and good relationship.
