Waiter or Waitress job - Lagos Island

We are looking for a skilled waiter/waitress to take orders and deliver food and beverages to our customers.
rnResponsibilities
rnProvide excellent customer services that promote satisfaction
rnGreet customers and present menu
rnMake recommendations or share additional information upon request
rnTake and serve food/drinks orders and up-sell any additional products
rnArrange table settings and maintain tables clean and tidy
rnCheck products for quality and correct any problems that keep them from enjoying their meal/drink
rnDeliver checks and collect payments
rnCooperate with all serving and kitchen staff
rnFollow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
rnRequirements
rnProven work experience as a waiter or waitress
rnAbility to develop constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers
rnProblem solving and decision making skills
rnService orientation and excellent organizational skills
rnHands on experience with cash register and any ordering information system
rnActive listening and effective communication competencies
rnGood physical condition
