an accounting manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounting manager responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information. We are also looking for someone to work closely with our financial management team.
rnResponsibilities

rn Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
rn month and end-year process
rn accounts payable/receivable
rn cash receipts
rn general ledger
rn payroll and utilities
rn treasury, budgeting
rn cash forecasting
rn revenue and expenditure variance analysis
rn capital assets reconciliations
rn trust account statement reconciliations,
rn check runs
rn fixed asset activity
rn debt activity
rn
rn Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
rn Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
rn Coordinate and complete annual audits
rn Provide recommendations
rn Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
rn Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
rn Meet financial accounting objectives
rn Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
