An Administrator provides both clerical and administrative support to professionals, either as part of a team or individually.You will help in the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks and, in some cases, oversee and supervise the work of junior staff.
rnJob Duties/Responsibilities
rnrecruiting, training and supervising junior staff and delegating work as required;
rnmanipulating statistical data;
rnarranging both in-house and external events.
rnbooking rooms and conference facilities;
rnordering and maintaining stationery and equipment;
rnattending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes;
rnmanaging and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing;
rndevising and maintaining office systems;
rnsorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post;
rnliaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation;
