Responsibilities
rn
rnAssume the responsibility of receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility
rnManage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies
rnIssue and post bills, receipts and invoices
rnCheck the validity of debit accounts
rnUpdate accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments
rnEnsure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines
rnProvide solutions to any relative problems of clients
rnWrite thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data
rnRequirements
rn
rnProven experience as billing specialist
rnAdherence to laws and best practices in regards to dealing with customers and data
rnComfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
rnExcellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and ER software (JDE or other)
rnProficiency in English
rnResults-driven and patient
rnHigh degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
rnBSc degree in Finance, Accounting or BA
