Responsibilities
rn
rn Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
rn Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
rn Bring the books to the trial balance stage
rn Perform partial checks of the posting process
rn Complete tax forms
rn Enter data, maintain records and lunch reports and financial statements
rn Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
rn
rnRequirements
rn
rn Proven bookkeeping experience
rn Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
rn Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
rn Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
rn Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
rn Proficiency in English and in MS Office
rn Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
rn High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
rn BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
