Responsibilities
rn
rnCoordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
rnProduce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
rnAllocate general and daily responsibilities
rnSupervise and train workers and tradespeople
rnEnsure manpower and resources are adequate
rnGuarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
rnSupervise the use of machinery and equipment
rnMonitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
rnResolve problems when they arise
rnReport on progress to managers, engineers etc.
