Construction Manager - Lagos Mainland

Responsibilities
rn
rnOversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
rnReview the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
rnOversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
rnCoordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
rnSelect tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
rnMeet contractual conditions of performance
rnReview the work progress on daily basis
rnPrepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
rnPlan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
rnNegotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences
rnAnalyse, manage and mitigate risks
rnEnsure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
