rnResponsibilities
rnPrepare sales and purchase contracts
rnNegotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners
rnReview and update existing contracts
rnExplain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties
rnEnsure that employees understand and comply with company contracts
rnAnalyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
rnMaintain organized system of physical and digital records
rnCreate language standards for existing and new contracts
rnRequirements and Skills:
rnKnowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts
rnFamiliarity with accounting procedures
rnExcellent writing skills
rnKeen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors
rnStrong analytical and organizational skills
rnAbility to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners
rnEducation and Experience:
rnOND/HND BSc degree in Business Administration; additional qualifications in law are a plus
