rnOur organization is urgently looking for an excellent Corporate Trainer to help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge. You will provide complete training to share your expertise in ways that motivate others.
rnA corporate trainer is an experienced educator. Your abilities to convey a message should only be surpassed by a deep knowledge of your field. Organizational skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that you have to possess.

rnResponsibilities
rnLiaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
rnDesign effective training programs
rnSelect and book venues
rnConduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
rnPrepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
rnSupport and mentor new employees
rnKeep attendance and other records
rnManage training budgets
rnConduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
rnMonitor employee performance and response to training
rn
rnRequirements
rnProven experience as corporate trainer
rnUnderstanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
rnWillingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
rnProficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint); e-learning software is an asset
rnPhenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
rnOrganizational and time management abilities
rnCritical thinking and decision making
rnBSc/BA in business, HR, finance or relevant field
rn
