Responsibilities

rnDevelop strategic policies and programs for corporate travel
rnHandle and oversee all travel arrangements (air, lodgings etc.) and operations
rnManage relationships with travel agencies and vendors
rnNegotiate contracts or rates with travel service providers
rnProvide advise on travel documents, insurance, import/export regulations etc.
rnHandle credit card programs and charges
rnProcess T&E reports and handle reimbursements
rnEnsure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures
rnDrive continuous improvement of travel programs
rn
rnRequirements
rn
rnProven experience as corporate travel manager
rnKnowledge of international travel regulations, customs and currencies
rnKnowledge of T&E reporting and processing
rnWorking knowledge of MS Office and CTM/GDS solutions
rnExcellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills
rnWell-organized and reliable
rnAn analytical mind with strong business acumen
rnCustomer-oriented approach
rnHND, BSC
rnTraining in travel and tourism is a plus
rnminimum of 3 years in the relevant field
rn
