JOB DESCRIPTION:
rn* Manage large amounts of incoming calls
rn* Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
rn* Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
rn* Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
rn* Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
rn* Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
rn* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
rn* Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
rn
rnApplicant must have at least 1 and above years of experience in these field of specialization.
rn REQUIREMENTS: All applicants should have a minimum of OND, HND, BACHELOR'S DEGREE and other related discipline of this vacant and professional certification is an added advantage.
