Dalos Logistics is looking for a qualified customer service representative, who will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
rnYou must be genuinely excited to help customers, be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. You must put yourself in customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
rnResponsibility
rn• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
rn• Generate sales leads
rn• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
rn• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
rn• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
rn• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
rn• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

rn• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
rn• Take the extra mile to engage customers
