Eolicconcept is looking for a qualified customer service representative, who will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
rnResponsibility
rn
rnManage large amounts of incoming calls
rnGenerate sales leads
rnIdentify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
rnBuild sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
rnProvide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
rnMeet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
rnHandle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

rnFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
rnTake the extra mile to engage customers
rn
rnRequirements
rn
rnProven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
rnTrack record of over-achieving quota
rnStrong phone contact handling skills and active listening
rnExcellent communication and presentation skills
rnAbility to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
rnMinimum of HND, with at least 2years experience in a related field
