rnWe’re looking for a results-driven Field Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

rnRESPONSIBILITIES

rnPresent, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
rnPerform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
rnEstablish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
rnReach potential customers through cold calling
rnExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
rnAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
rnCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
rnAnalyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
rnSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
rnKeep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
rnContinuously improve through feedback.

rnREQUIREMENT
rn
rnProven work experience as a sales representative
rnExcellent knowledge of MS Office
rnFamiliarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
rnHighly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
rnExcellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
rnPrioritising, time management and organizational skills
rnAbility to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
rnRelationship management skills and openness to feedback.

rnApplicant must have at least 1 year and above experience in this field of specialization.
rn
rnApplicants should have OND, HND, B.Sc.
