rnResponsibilities
rn
rn Process bills, checks, receipts and other documents
rn Ensure all documents are properly signed and distributed
rn Verify financial and other data (e.g. tax identification numbers)
rn Monitor financial transactions
rn Enter data and maintain updated records
rn Assist with account reconciliations
rn Communicate with vendors, customers and colleagues
rn Report the status of accounts and discrepancies

rnRequirements
rn
rn Proven experience as a Finance Clerk
rn Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial transactions
rn Familiarity with financial regulations, i.e. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
rn Knowledge of MS Office and databases
rn Attention to detail
rn Organizational and multitasking abilities
rn Excellent verbal and written communication skills
rn Reliability and strong work ethics
rn Ability to solve problems
rn Bsc in relevant field
