rnWe are looking for a pleasant Flight attendant to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers aboard flights. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, perform effectively in a team and build trust relationships with passengers.

rnThe goal is to maximise revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
rn
rnResponsibilities:
rn
rnProvide information, guidance, and assistance for safety and comfort to passengers on board aircraft
rnAttend the “brief” and act on it
rnConduct safety check before flight
rnGreet customers, check their tickets and accompany them to their seats
rnPrepare and serve drinks and food to passengers
rnPresent emergency equipment and give instructions
rnMonitor and secure the cabin regularly
rnComply with all aviation rules and regulations for safety and protection
rnAssist passengers and cabin crew during emergency situations
rnProvide special help to passengers with special needs (children, disabled persons, elders etc)
rnSubmit analytic reports concerning flight incidents
rn
rnRequirements:
rn
rnProven working experience as flight attendant or customer service experience
rnFluency in English, multilingual is preferred
rnMS Office knowledge
rnCustomer service-oriented
rnProfessional image
rnExcellent communication and presentation skills
rnProblem solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
rnCabin crew certification or training
rnminimum of 3 to 5 years of experience
