rnPrimary Duty:

rn Act as the first point of service to visitors providing excellent customer service.
rn The individual is responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting receiving calls, handling inquiries, managing correspondence.

rnDetails of Duties
rn
rn Meet and greet all individuals warmly that walk into the company ensuring that the companyβs Brand is expressed in relations to such.
rn Receive all mail correspondence for the company and channel appropriately and adequately ensuring that no mail is overlooked
rn Manage visitors, calls and enquiries directing such to the appropriate channel
rn Managing the reception area ambiance and ensuring that the office area is neat and attractive
rn Provide first level advise on prices to the prospective clients from the price list and further referring clients to the Company Administrator
rn Escalate all difficult issues to the Operations Company Administrator
rn Restrict movement of visitors within the office premises
rn Handle administrative role with regards to general office management
