rnJob Description
rnThe Head, Training School will have overall responsibility for the Teacher’s Training School.
rnResponsibilities include:
rn Ensure that the training school runs smoothly
rn Recruit and manage facilitators and faculty
rn Develop and execute development plans
rn Lead the achievement of the vision, mission and objectives of the training school
rn Work closely with Human Resource to ensure that the training school contributes to the human resource needs of the main school
rn Ensure creation/update of brochures and training materials
rn
rnRequirements:
rn Minimum of BSC/BA degree in education.in Education is preferred
rn Well-developed leadership capability
rn Very strong team building and people management skills
rn Minimum of 4 years experience in teaching or training
rn Knowledge of technology based learning tools is an added advantage.
rn Strong academic skills with passion for teaching.
