rnThe Head, Training School will have overall responsibility for the Teacher’s Training School.
rn
rnResponsibilities include:
rnEnsure that the training school runs smoothly
rnRecruit and manage facilitators and faculty
rnDevelop and execute development plans
rnLead the achievement of the vision, mission and objectives of the training school
rnWork closely with Human Resource to ensure that the training school contributes to the human resource needs of the main school
rnEnsure creation/update of brochures and training materials

rnRequirements:
rnMinimum of master’s degree in education. PhD in Education is preferred
rnWell-developed leadership capability
rnVery strong teambuilding and people management skills
rnMinimum of 5 years experience in teaching or training
rnKnowledge of technology based learning tools
rnStrong academic skills with passion for teaching
