Hospital Management - Lagos Mainland

We are looking for an experienced Hospitality manager to organize and oversee daily operations of our facilities. You will be responsible for coordinating activities and helping people reach their full potential.
rnResponsibilities
rnHire qualified personnel according to standards
rnOrganize and coordinate operations to ensure maximum efficiency
rnSupervise and evaluate staff
rnEnsure supplies and equipment are adequate in quantity and quality
rnHandle customer complaints when necessary
rnAssist in pricing products or services
rnAssume responsibility of budgeting and monitoring expenses
rnEnforce adherence to regulations and quality standards
rnEnsure all records are kept properly and consistently
rnReview and prepare reports for senior management
rnRequirements
rnProven experience as hospitality manager
rnHands-on experience in customer service or sales
rnSolid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices
rnKnowledge of quality standards
rnProficient in MS Office and relevant software
rnExcellent organizational and leadership skills
rnOutstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
rnProblem-solving aptitude
rnBSc/BA in hospitality management
