rnDuties
rn Assume responsibility of budgeting and monitoring expenses
rn Enforce adherence to regulations and quality standards
rn Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently
rn Review and prepare reports for senior management
rn Handle customer complaints when necessary
rn Assist in pricing products or services
rn Requirements
rn Proven experience as hospitality manager
rn Hands-on experience in customer service or sales
rn Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices
