rnResponsibility:
rnPlanning and organizing accommodation, catering and other hotel services;
rnPromoting and marketing the business;
rnManaging budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure;
rnMaintaining statistical and financial records;
rnSetting and achieving sales and profit targets;
rnAnalyzing sales figures and devising marketing and revenue management strategies;
rnRecruiting, training and monitoring staff;
rnPlanning work schedules for individuals and teams;
rnMeeting and greeting customers;
rnDealing with customer complaints and comments;
rnAddressing problems and troubleshooting;
rnEnsuring events and conferences run smoothly;
rnSupervising maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings;
rnDealing with contractors and suppliers;
rnEnsuring security is effective;
rnCarrying out inspections of property and services;
rnEnsuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
