We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

rnResponsibilities

rnDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
rnSupport current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
rnDevelop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
rnBridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
rnNurture a positive working environment
rnManage the recruitment and selection process
rnOversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
rnMaintain pay plan and benefits program
rnAssess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
rnReport to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
rnEnsure legal compliance
rnRequirements
rn
rnProven working experience as HR manager
rnPeople oriented and results driven
rnDemonstrable experience with HR metrics
rnKnowledge of HR systems and databases
rnAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skills
rnExcellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
rnCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
rnIn-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
rnBS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field
