rn Providing support in the various human resource functions, which includes recruitment, staffing, training
rn and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.
rn Developing HR policies and procedures
rn Maintaining, keeping and updating staff records for future reference according to policy
rn Monitoring and generating attendance reports of all staff.
rn Ensuring that approved policies and procedures are adhered to
rn Assisting in managing various HR projects in line with HR objectives.
rn Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
rn Overseeing all administrative and human resource matters including the overall operations and functionality
rn of office.
rn Any other reasonable duties which may be required

rnQualifications
rn
rn B.Sc in Business Admin & Management or Social Science; further training will be a plus.
rn 5-7 years relevant HR experience gained within a fast paced environment.
rn
rnKey Competencies

rn Proven experience in a related HR position.
rn Competency in Ms.-Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
rn Accuracy and attention to details
rn Multi-tasking
rn Professional approach, coupled with strong interpersonal skills and commercial acumen.
rn Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
rn Knowledge of HR function.
