JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
rnMain responsibilities will include:
rn• Day to day diary management, Managing all forms of incoming and outgoing communication (phone calls, emails, faxes.
rn• Analyze incoming and outgoing communication, submissions and reports and prepare and co-ordinate the preparation and submission of summary briefs and reports to the HR as well as commercial department.
rn• Meet with individuals and others on behalf of the HR to discuss issues and assess and recommend various courses of action.
rn• Liaise with departmental and corporate staff and with other organizations and associations on behalf of the HR.
rn• Organizing meetings and event management as required. Also Co-ordination of agenda papers for Management level meetings
rn• Maintaining corporate files, staff files and new staff inductions
rn• Personal meet and greet of the corporate visitors including customers and suppliers
rn• Travel Arrangements
rn• Assisting in the preparation of presentations and minute taking
rn• Arranging meetings with customers and suppliers as required for the HR
rn• Liaising between other staff and the HR.
rn• Preparing letters, reports and correspondences in professional way
rn• Maintenance of office equipments and provisioning of IT consultants (if required)
rn• Provide assistance to the commercial department (as required) .
rnQUALIFICATION:
rnA minimum of HND, Bsc and above in related field, a professional certification will serve as added advantage with working experience.
